on this website (hereinafter “Offer”). The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Access data/ server log files

The provider (or his web space provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files) for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. Access data includes:

  • Name of the accessed website

  • Date and time of the server request

  • Browser type and browser version

  • operating system used

  • IP address and the requesting provider.

  • Referrer URL (Internet address of the previously visited page)

  • Name of file retrieved and amount of data transferred

  • Message whether the retrieval was successful

The provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on specific indications. This data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

A complete protection of your data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed when data is transmitted on the Internet (e.g. e-mail communication) due to possible security gaps.

Handling of personal data

When using the website, confidential, personal data is collected that can enable personal identification. This includes, for example, name, telephone number, address and all data that you transmit to us when registering, processing payments, executing a contract and creating your customer account.

SSL encryption

In order to protect the security of your personal data during transmission, we use SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer).

Cookies are small text files that make it possible to store specific, device-related information on the user's access device. On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data). On the other hand, they serve to collect statistical data on website use and to be able to analyze them in order to improve the offer. A basic distinction is made between two different types of cookies, so-called session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and cookies, which are stored on your end device until you delete them. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the storage of cookies. However, we would like to point out that our website and service will only function to a limited extent if you prevent the use of cookies.

When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

The processing of your data, which you transmit when contacting us, takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Your consent can be revoked at any time. The legality of the data processing operations that took place up until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

As long as there is no request for data deletion, the consent to storage is revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies, the data transmitted when contacting us will remain with us. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Revocation, changes, deletion and right to information

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, the user has the right to request information free of charge about the personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing. In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, blocking and deletion of his personal data, provided that there is no legal obligation to retain it.
